This little book is a great way to introduce babies, toddlers and beginner readers to farm animals and their names.
Large, clear pictures assist children to recognize the animals. The text is presented in a font developed specifically for children’s books (Andika) to promote easy recognition of letters and words, and we have used simple language to help beginner readers learn the shape of words and basic sentence structure.
Farm Animal Families has square pages for sharing between big hands and little hands, so reading and learning can be done together. Learning is fun and interactive when children can share reading with another person. This book can also spark creativity in children, by encouraging them to choose original names for baby animals along the way.
